  I went to another T-Mobile in the pinellas park area trying to transfer my number to my new sim with T-Mobile I had all the information to do so yet the employee working kept telling me it wouldn’t work and I had the wrong information, so I went over to the T-Mobile here at Parkside and Juan got it set up for me right away. Thank you for your help and good customer service!

  This place has great service and friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people. Brought my neighbor here to drop her home phone and switch to mobile. Not an easy process but they know what they are doing and made this pretty easy for an elderly person. Have used T mobile for several years and no surprises. Nice !

  Rae was phenomenal. She was patient under the circumstances and had to endure a lot to make sure I was comfortable with the service and my purchase. Thank you so much Rae and I will be back to see you

  Gennaro was amazing. Been to a couple of different t-mobiles and was never impresed. This guy was amazing and was super helpful.

  Rae helped my girlfriend and me update both our phones and add a tablet to our account. She was knowledgeable and professional. Had a friendly can do attitude. If she didn't know something she went and found out right away. She listened to our needs and suggested solutions base on our needs. Go see Rae she will take care of you!
