It was late
Afternoon rush hour , drive through speaker was broken & black clouds over head . Young man came outside and instructed us to order at the window and apologized for the inconvenience..
With several customers ahead of us and more behind . This method would take a long while ! Same young man came outside, took several hand written orders in ..
Line was getting longer .. then same young man came back out side now in the pouring rain, terrible thunder & big lightning with a cell phone and took orders via text to the cook !!
Orders were ready quickly and correctly at the arrival to the window .
A+ for working smarter not harder 👍 -
