Seems like either the time to process the paper work takes a while or maybe shortage of staff? It’s clean, no odd smells, and it’s nice and quiet. It’s in a small shopping center as well so it’s nice to know I can grab a snack or something to eat after appointments.”

I transferred from another clinic where there was alot of drama and negativity among the patients, after nearly a year at Core I've never heard any unkind words spoken among the patients or staff, everyone is respectful and it makes for a very chill experience. I was hesitant about transferring, I was very anxious, but they made the transition so easy. My counselor is the best one I've ever had. Period. She's easy to talk to, straightforward, smart, funny, and she brings both real world experience and education to the table. I feel like I've made real progress at core and now I'm working to get off medication assisted therapy. In the past my counselors and doctors at my prior clinic didn't know anything about tapering, it was left up to me and predicated on guess work. At core they actually know about tapering and offer feedback and information instead of leaving it entirely in my hands.”
