What I really liked is that Alejandra made me feel comfortable and her area was very clean and organized. She was very professional while waxing me and all her tools were sanitary, she also gave me tips on how to self care at home. I would highly recommend coming to her because it seemed like she wasn’t there to just take your money for her services but she actually knows and enjoys what she does. “I was looking for a place that would treat me right. I found Adorable Skin Spa on Yelp and decided to check them out. I met Lona who helped me get my first wax. I was a little nervous but she helped me to relax and explained exactly what was going to happen before she did it. It made me feel much better and it was actually not as bad as I had imagined it. I wont go anywhere else now and Lona is amazing, definitely ask for her if you want to be treated right. I am excited to get a shampoo and facial on my next visit, stay tuned for more...”

The sensor on my truck indicated there was an issue with my front right tire. After inspection, it was determined that the front right tire had no fault. However, because of his attention to detail, the gentleman noticed the screw in my back right tire. I am extremely thankful and grateful to the team at Mavis on Iris Dr. I’m not confident I would have received the same level of service anywhere else.”

“I had some banking issues and went to our local Chase Bank on Horizon Road here in Rockwall. I usually just do drive thru and ATM but this time I had to go in because of my situation. Marsha greeted me at the door. They were super busy but she listened to me explain what was going on patiently. I got a little emotional because I had been waiting on a deposit to hit my account and it was delayed. In the meantime I had automatic drafts coming out leaving me in a terrible spot. She was able to calm me down and assured me everything would be ok. She immediately looked at my account and helped me with a resolution. Marsha is amazing! She was very understanding and professional. I hope she knows and feels how important she is to Chase Bank. During these trying times it is important to know people obviously love what they do and take the time for their customers.
