“I had an issue with my Union bank credit card and was on the phone with them for >30 min. Unfortunately, they were not helpful and could not solve the problem (late payment and charges.....). I had called twice to try and clarify the issues in March and April. It has been difficult dealing with credit cards and banks (limited hours, closing early, not open on Saturdays) for the past 3 to 4 months due to the Covid 19 pandemic. The credit card company should have understood this and should have been more accomodating. I went to the Union Bank branch in Laguna Niguel (on La Paz) to help with this issue. The service and help that I was provided by Gigi Arfania and Marina was outstanding. Gigi was so pleasant and immediately attempted to handle the credit card issue and all my other banking needs. She went above and beyond to accomodate me. Her manager/supervisor, Marina, looked into the issue, called me twice within 3 days, and did everything she could to solve the problem. Both Marina and Gigi made me feel so comfortable. I would like to commend them for the excellent service they provided me. I will continue to bank with Union Bank (Laguna Niguel) due to Gigi and Marina. I cannot thank them enough.”
