I had a got a cashier's check from my personal account from Bank of the Sierra and they had shown that the cashier's check had cleared on the 10th of September. I had deposited the cashiers check into my personal account at Bank of America and as of 09/15 Bank of America wouldn't clear the cashier's check for me. Mercy got on a conference call with myself and Bank of America to get the funds released. This has now allowed me to wire some funds that were required to complete by 09/15. This wouldn't have happened without her......She is amazing, and I am so grateful for her kindness, and Bank of the Sierra should feel blessed to have an amazing employee working for them.”
