She somehow finds a way to blend different flavors together (matcha strawberry) and make them taste great. She designed my engagement party cake and it was a huge hit with our guests! “This 85°C is biggest one we've been to. The food is what you'd expect from other 85°C. That means it's pretty good. The selection is great. The pastries are generally less sweet than American style pastries. Service is also very good. I also ordered a coffee. On this particular day, the place was crowded. It took a good 10 minutes to get my coffee. I wish they could do what Starbucks does and expedite orders of simple hot coffee since it's literally as simple as pouring coffee into a cup. It shouldn't take 10 minutes for the wait...”
