“I like this place, but i only get specific items. I have 3 rcommendations to management to improve. 1. There is a lot of clutter in the business, including a bicycle which is a hazard. 2. The beverages are randomly stocked in the cold case. It makes it diffucult to find what I'm looking for when one item isn't all within the same row. 3. Please have the older lady toasting the bagels to stop picking in her nose, even if she puts a glove on one hand afterwards. Thank you.”

“All the baked goods are AMAZING. I love the shortbread cookies and shortbread caramel peanut butter cookies. But every single product is delicious! And they are guilt-free! You can taste all the love and passion in every bite. A box may seem like too many, but you can stick them in the freezer. Don't even need to defrost. Eat them hot or cold! I eat them for breakfast with a cup of black tea or even when I'm feeling down and just want something sweet to cheer me up. They also fit in nicely with your Marcos. While Valencia location is fancy and a bit too snobby for me. I enjoy this location in Bay View with low key surroundings, nice seating inside and outside, and the same quality. I treat myself here once in a while. Go for their drip coffee at $3 to hang out and get some stuff done on a phone or just hang back and enjoy C&W’s nice vibes.”

“In my 20 years of living this is the BEST ice cream I’ve ever had. You need to come here! I purchased the mint and coffee ice cream. The mint was so fresh and pure and you could tell it was made with real mint, not artificial. The coffee was the perfect mixture of sweet and rich. I also tried the caramel which was incredible. My husband tried the chocolate hazelnut and said it was to die for. The owner is so wonderful and loves interacting with customers. This stop made my day!”

The cashier was very friendly, the place was quite empty on Saturday afternoon. I got a pineapple bun and two paper-wrapped sponge cake— both bun and cake were pretty good: soft enough but not too puffy so they were quite filling. All three items for only $2.75. Would go back!! Con would be location, the street right outside bakery isn’t very clean so you pass by some flies as you walk in but the bakery itself was fine, all baked goods in closed spaces and not out in the open.”
