“Come here for the fresh fruit strudel, and your day will be made. I drove out to Bonita just to eat the Hans & Harry's Bakery fruit strudel fresh. This place is worth the drive. There's tons of parking and you'll want to come here before closing to ensure there's still some strudel left for you to take home. Most people buy the big cake and take it to go, but they also have a few slices you can buy separately. Additionally, they have plenty of other pastries and desserts on display like cinnamon rolls, chocolate eclairs, cakes, cookies, etc. What's out in the display seems to be like what they have for the day. If it's gone, then it's out. I didn't know upon arriving, but once you get in, you have to take a number from the dispenser. This place gets crowded, and you don't want to get lost in the crowd when it gets packed. We were assisted quickly and the staff answered any questions we had. We ate our treats outside but once it was too windy, we took them back inside. There are a couple tables and chairs inside as well. Very excellent pastries! Highly recommend bringing the fruit strudel for your next gathering or party.”

“I heard about this place from my cousin in Temecula. My mom had passed and my family was here from Dallas and Mexico. We wanted real good pan dulce he said El Globo in Montebello was very fresh and was good. I live like 5 minutes from there and when you walk in, there is so many to choose from. The bread is fresh and soft. It's NOT hard or has been there all day. Its fresh everyday all day. The staff is nice and helpful. My family needs pan dulce everyday while here visiting me so my uncle went every 2 days to get some. It's now been a year since my moms passing and we went there to get pan dulce after her mass to eat at home with coffee. Her favorite thing to do. I can honestly say it's very delicious mexican bread of all kinds...you might go overboard!”

Not only are they beautifully made, but they are so delicious. The flavors and the textures of each layer on the cakes are so intense And perfectly matched. I was so impressed that at my next party I had to have her. Her location was a hour away , but for pickup she met me half way. It was so worth it.
