“We needed a vet to care for our cat Chip and the staff, including Dr. Huang, did not disappoint! Dr. Huang gave all the best advice and always explained everything down to the details. She was always very patient with me and answered any questions that I had. Sadly we had to say goodbye to our beloved kitty. We received the nicest card in the mail for his passing from the staff and it made me feel I made the right choice and did everything I could for my sweet boy, Chip. “After trying to get sober for many years this place has played a huge part in getting the longest I've ever had. Beau did my intake but to this day he still calls me to check in and see if I need anything. The place is pretty laid back in terms of not treating people like kids but still hold you accountable. Groups are cool but the therapy with Chandra has taken me leaps into a happy sobriety, this place is more about how to live a meaningful life rather than just not do drugs. All in all the staff are great to work with you'd be surprised how many people that you thought didn't even knew you existed come to your side when you're struggling!! I actually ended up extending my stay when it was time to graduate.”

“This branch is always crowded but one thing for sure, when you walk into the branch you will be greeted. My first few visits it came across very robotic, disingenuous. But recently I came here for a rare request. I was in need of someone at the branch getting some dire information for me. Lizette the branch manager was so very helpful. You can tell that she has built a rapport with her clients. She new them by name and they new her. She was so patient and helpful. Although we didn't get my request accomplished that day.
