The team here is extodinarily helpful and personable. Management has changed along with the rest of the staff and they are all knowledgeable and ready to help. “I will travel past many B of A branches to do even an ATM transaction here. Why? Because this is BofA's best branch in the Santa Clarita Valley. They've just re-done the inside - clean, modern - but the people are still human. When I go to lunch and pay the tip with cash, if I leave a $2 bill, some servers seem extra appreciative - so every time I go to this branch, I ask them for some $2 bills (and I pay for them, of course) - and they always provide some. One time, they even ordered a whole bunch of new $2 bills - and it felt like Christmas. And you can go inside to use the ATM, with their sleek, clear glass floor-to-ceiling dividers between the ATM area and the rest of the branch. And the ATMs keep getting upgraded. Not just the software, but the whole machine - new dispensers for cash, new ways to accept checks, while still keeping all the special features for those who need them (might be me, someday). Even if you have a convenient branch, I recommend that you try this one - you can see it way up on the hill when travelling on Soledad, and it's near Rattlers, Sam's Club and Walmart. I bet you'll like those $2 bills.”
