“Amazing customer service ! It's a small family owned business and the pride they take in their service and cars really shows . We bought our son his first car from them and if we need another car we will go to Carriage for sure ! We went to practically every used car lot in SR before ending up here and I wish we would have just started our search here ...the quality of cars surpassed every other lot we went to (including some bigger lots like Ford and Jeep!) And then the amazing service on top of it made the whole experience easy. I dislike the whole process of buying a car but they made it a great one . We didn't finance the car so I can speak to how that process goes but based on everything else we experienced I feel safe saying that would be an easy process also. We bought the car but then left of vacation so the car stayed at their lot for a week and they washed and detailed it and had it ready. The car needed gas and they offered to go fill it up for us but we were in a little bit of a hurry so they just gave us the cash for gas which was really nice of them ..side note we bought a used car a year ago from another lot (skyline ) & aside from that whole thing being an ordeal they let us drive the car off the lot on fumes ...they along with many other lots should take note on how Carriage takes care of their customers ! We are lifelong ones now .”

“When we decided to shop for a specific car (we needed a vehicle that could be flat towed behind our Motor-coach) we went to Auto Trader to search for an H3 Hummer. There were several to chose from and yet, what National Motors had advertised was a 2007 H3 with very low miles, and so, my wife and I went out to see it. Besides the car looking like what the pictures represented, Ed,(the owner)) was very low keyed about everything. Not once did he make us feel like the “Typical Car Salesmen” do, he made us feel very comfortable, with no pressure. Because we had a car that we wanted trade in, he was up front with us and said that you should try to sell it on the market yourself,(which we eventually did) in that way you can get the best price for it. We decided to go ahead with the purchase and after Ed shopping for the best rate for us, he had to use a credit union that he did not normally do business with, just so that we could get the best rate and streamline the entire process. After we came to pick up the H3, Ed was so kind to include a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty just for peace of mind he said. Now, here is where I would recommend National Motors to ANYONE looking to buy a use car because, once the transaction was completed and we rolled off his lot, Ed, stepped up big time. We had an mechanical issue a few days after taking possession of the H3 and Ed, took it upon himself to drive to us (we live an hour away), bring us a car to drive until ours could be fixed, and waited for the tow truck to pick up our car. The service that Ed provided to us, even after the sale, was something that is so rare in today’s sales world, especially car sales. We are so thankful that we were able to buy a used car from a reputable dealership like National Motors, and to have met Ed, who is one of the most professional sales/owner we have ever met.
