Even the cashier was courteous and professional. Chad (the manager) stuck to his word (a rare quality these days) and gave me the deal we had agreed to. Art (the salesman), even though he is an experienced rider himself didn't treat me in way to make my feel less than because of my lack of experienced riding and he wasn't pushy (only informative).
