Still, that's the nature of car dealerships. This dealership is a nice local dealership, and so far, the managers and sales people have all been friendly, polite and helpful. It really is a Buick GMC place and Cadillacs just happen to be there. I prefer to shop for my luxury vehicle in a nice posh environment, sipping a complimentary Keurig at least, possibly warm cookies like Lexus, who have a multi-coffee drink machine as well. Just a different socioeconomic geography.”

“They went the extra mile to get me financed and it couldn't have been easy because my credit score was less than 500. But I drove off the lot with a car. Not necessarily the one I wanted but still a nice clean car. And they did their 186 point inspection and put new tires on it, changed all the fluids and put a new battery in it. I got a 2014 Chevrolet Sonic. I was expecting to be turned down but I don't think it even crossed their minds. Very helpful and nice, I would definitely recommend them to friends or anyone looking for a used car. In fact I already did and I got a $50. Bill because he bought a mini van from them. “Their service department staff is really helpful. Their sales department staff though, needs to improve their customer communication skills. They need to be more willing to listen to what the customer really wants. I had a hard time getting a simple option contract after I decided to finance my Santa Fe through my credit union. The first sales associate I dealt with was a soft spoken guy that was very new and had a lot to learn about selling cars, I even had a hard time hearing what he was saying because he would speak so low and didn't know enough about the technical and technological specs of the cars on stock or the buying options the dealer offered. The second guy I dealt with was, at times, straight up deceiving, so I had to talk to the general sales manager and still after a lot of back and forth I had to wait for a day to get my option contract.”
