“Frank Elliott was my sales representative and went above my expectations. He was very patient, transparent, and had prompt communication. All of the representatives of Glendora Jeep were very helpful from each department such as finance and parts/service. I am an animal lover and it was nice to see their dealership pet parrot being loved and cared for as well as talked to and spoiled with peanuts. I saw this level of care to their parrot each time I went to the dealership which was on many occasions. I ordered the Jeep a few months before it arrived and Frank kept in communication with me as to updates diligently. Also when I purchased the Jeep he made sure I was set up with everything and my Jeep apps. He showed me how to use my car as I’ve never had a hybrid before and showed me how to use all of my apps. Thought there was an issue and called to address, was treated HORRIBLY by Jeff Murray. Just awful. Made me reconsider the entire purchase. The next morning Brock called to let us know there was no real issue and made me feel better. The entirety of the staff with the exception of Jeff have been amazing. You will want to retrain Jeff in basic customer service as he has none.”

“I bought a PT Cruiser 2001 from Perry. Now it is an older car and I was concerned about the timing belt and other things. Perry said if something happens if I bought the parts he would install at no charge. It turns out that I did need some things done. Perry did exactly what he said he would do, no problems. And he also did the work that day. I thought I needed a power steering pump. I went and bought one. It turned out to be a sensor. Perry fixes it free and I took back the pump and got a refund. He also is concerned about his customers. People don’t usually comment when things go well. But I think it is important to let people know that I would buy another car from Perry. Thanks Perry”
