“The Online reservation process was efficient. The at the counter process was as quick as possible considering the number of people picking up cars at that time. The vehicle they provided was perfect. Had I been able to chose myself it is the vehicle I would have selected. The only problem I had was on the turn-in date and was because I didn't see the sign indicating the turn-in lane until I was past it. It took a couple of minutes to make it back to the proper lane and from there it was quick and efficient.”

“I don't know why people are beating down on Fox rent-a-car. I rented a 2018 Jeep Wrangler from SFO all the way to LAX for 5 days. Nick, the person at the counter was very professional. We were out of SFO and on the road within five minutes. The vehicle was in pristine condition, and way better than what I was expecting.
