“Due to multiple negative reviews, I was expecting a bad experience. I was pleasantly surprised by this auto care center. This is definitely the best Walmart Auto Care Center in the Bay Area. The staff were extremely fast, professional, and helpful. I was able to get my battery installed and got a rebate on my CA core fee. The waiting room was very clean. There's a McDonald's inside the Walmart so you can go get a cheap meal while you wait for your auto service. I will be coming back soon for my other auto care needs.”

“These guys were great!!! Here’s what happened: I took my car into the dealer for its annual service. Once the car had been reviewed, they came back with a list of repairs needed that would total $4,000 - including $500 to replace a battery than had been installed less than two years prior. I started calling around to try and find a better solution, and eventually found Grant Auto. Scared for a large spend I wasn’t prepared to take on, I went straight to Grant Auto fearing that I had a battery about to die on me. I pulled up, and Ciad helped me instantly. He tested the battery, said it was completely fine, helped me clean it, and took a look through the rest of the things that had been flagged, saying all was normal for my car. My only complaint is for myself: I wish I’d known about these guys sooner! Can’t thank them enough for being honest with me and helping me save a lot of money.”

“The tinting they did on my car is spectacular! It has made such a great difference especially now in the summer time. I used to burn my legs and buns every time I sat in my car after it being parked in the sun for a few hours. My kids’ car seats would be too hot for them to be seated right away (and for any procrastinating parents out there like me that are always running late, you know the frustrations with that). I live in the valley (Modesto) and recently traveled to SF. I was not prepared for the cold weather and had to change my clothes. The bathrooms were not the cleanest so I had to change in the backseat of my car. As you can see, there were many tourists around and no one was able to see a thing! 🙌🏼 And Jose provided the best customer service! He answered all my silly questions with patience and detail, very prompt in responding to my messages and worked with my ridiculous schedule. 11/10 recommend!”
