“I was referred to them by another business to repair a non functional electronic speedo/odometer on my 1991 suburban. Although I am not local, I was able to remove the assembly and send to them for repair. I spoke to Chris who walked me through the process and gave me a price range for the repair of it could be made. They came in at bottom of the range and turned it around in a couple of days. My 5 stars are not enough. What blew me away was the Customer service. Chris called to let me know they received it, then called with diagnostics amd estimate, and again to let me know it was done amd shipping. NO ONE does that anymore. “My dad was a mechanic. I remember how kind he was with his frazzled customers. Duncan's feels a lot like my dad's old shop. Greg & Brian are the best. I've been coming here for years. They are honest, patient and super fast. One example of their values: I thought I needed to replace a tire but they found that the screw I drove over didn't go all the way through. So, they didn't charge me anything to fill up the tire with air. No charge for their time! I get all my oil changes and maintenance work done here. Very fast. They often help me keep costs low. Today, I had my car battery replaced. They squeezed me in because I was in dire need of my car. Always pleasant. Always professional. And now they have a vintage Ms. PacMan machine in the waiting room. So much fun!”
