He gave me a full breakdown of my question so I brought my truck in and he did his diagnostics. He informed me about what he found and what my options are. Upon picking my truck up and ready to drive it around like he instructed to get a better scan my truck did the problem it did last Friday so he said leave it and I’ll figure it out. “I have 2013 Hyundai Sonata.Once driving on a street the engine stalled.I wasn't able to get the car started.I called AAA roadside assistance.AAA person gave the jump start so that my car can get started but the car didn't started.I have to towed the car to my house.On inspection by a auto mechanic it was found that the car engine broke and it needs to be replaced.He gave a quote for around $2400 for the used engine and $600 for the labor.I called Sal from Sal's Auto care about this issue.Sal told me to call Hyundai and check with them if Hyundai can help since 2013 Hyundai Sonata has some issues and there was recall for the bad engine.I called Hyundai customer care but they said the VIN# of my car does not show any warranty.They recomended me to call local Hyundai dealer for engine repair.I called Puente Hills Hyndai.Knowing the issue and the details of my car he told me to bring the car to the service facility and said that the engine will be replaced with another engine completely free.No cost to the engine and no labor.I am happy that my car is fixed now and I don't have to spend $3000. I am thankful to Sal for his honesty and the advice that he has given that saved me a ton of money.I would recommend anyone to get Sal's advice before spending money on fixing your automotive.You could also save money like me.
