I needed a fuel pump and *NO* other shop that I contacted, would even look at my vehicle for a week or more. Other shops in town were "all booked up" and couldn't possibly fit us in. Seriously??? You are telling me a family with 6 kids, hundreds of miles from home, stuck living in the Del Taco parking lot is less of a priority than Granny's BMW that needs some brakelight fluid? I may have been born at night but it wasn't last night. H&M not only got me in that morning but they had me back on the road by mid afternoon. “I recently purchased a 2012 Mini Cooper S which needed some serious paint correction. Although low mileage the paint was not maintained through previous ownership of 9 years. Drive-through car washes, poor detailing jobs and paint neglect was clearly present. In an overly saturated market like LA I was a bit intimidated by the many detailing shop options to choose from, especially since most shops are focused on a select demographic/social status. I shopped around and made some calls but 405 Motoring was the only place that showed genuine interest in my 9 year old Mini Cooper. I could immediately tell that my car would be in good hands of likeminded automotive enthusiasts. After my consultation I opted for a paint correction + silver ceramic coating option. Communication and process was excellent throughout. I also took advantage of their car rental service while my Mini was being worked on. When it was time to pick up the car I was absolutely blown away, I couldn’t believe I was looking at the same car I dropped off.
