You can literally rip it off the door. Japanese older gentleman picked up the phone fast, saw me with within 15min of calling, gave me an estimate for all the work. Several hours later his estimate was spot on on. At other places I would pay twice what he charged (Firestone, Pepboys). He gave me this cool maintenance card (kinda like your immunization card). So we can all track what needs to be done / got done together. A+++ service and price. Parking looked tight, but I found a spot. I'm so relieved I have now found "my guy" when it comes to my Civic.
