If you need to leave your vehicle in their care for any reason they will communicate with you on what needs to be done, if any changes need to be made,or any recommend services/parts. “Recently our 2019 Toyota Prius Prime was struck and had paint rubbed off its bumper by an unknown person in a parking lot. Our mechanic assured us that the bumper was mechanically sound and simply needed sanding and repainting in a small area. A Fallbrook body shop told us that we would need to submit our repair damage to our insurance company and gave us an estimate in excess of $2500. They told us that they would have to remove the bumper in order to repaint it and then electronic recalibrate it. I called Amazing Bumper and they were amazingly friendly and helpful. After we sent pictures and described the damage, they estimated cost of repair at $250. Amazing Bumper scheduled repairs at our convenience two days after the call. They finished repairs in less than one day. Amazing Bumpers did a fantastic job, perfectly matching the paint. Car looks new again! We would enthusiastically recommend Amazing Bumpers.”
