Translated to the guy I was speaking with, gave me her business card and told me to call. I called, went the next day, and while they couldn't help (catalytic converter issue), ran the OBD and confirmed the problem(ish), and directed me to a shop that may be able to help. Didn't charge anything, even though I would have expected to be charged even a nominal fee based on previous encounters with other mechanics.”
