“My daughter's back window needed replacing. Sent a request for quote via Yelp to multiple mobile repair services. Eddy not only had the fairest price but best quality glass (made in USA). He also sent a screen shot proving he had it in stock. He knew to ask if back window was heated and had a wiper which I didn't even consider. There was a "spoiler" at top of window which he verified that he had experience with the model so that gave me confidence. Day before appointment he called and shared that glass had a 3-4" crack and he preferred to order a new one vs installing damaged one which I also appreciated. Day of appointment he came but noted wiring in car was different than glass so he drove and got the right one right then. Holiday traffic forced us to defer appointment until next morning. He arrived on time and finished installation, including serious clean up of remaining broken glass and even got the hatchback to open (glass had jammed the mechanism). I'll look to Eddy and Senior Tech Auto Glass for any future auto glass needs. You should call him too! Very professional, respectful and quality job!”
