“I am writing an unbiased review so I shall include positives and negatives. I had a rear end collision and Parkway body shop was the closest to me so I chose it based on the reviews I saw. When people have damages to their car, they are a bit disturbed and auto body shop is one of the places they deal with in addition to insurance and car rentals. Positive - My insurance wasn't ready for my car to be dropped because body shop was backlogged, but my car was not in a state to be driven. I took the car in anyway for an inspection and Ron noted the car indeed was badly damaged and is not safe to drive. So, he basically took care of taking in my car even though he had a backlog - huge help! I got daily updates via text which was helpful and my car repair was done in the time promised - Amazing! Also the office manager/assistant was very polite and courteous. Don't remember her name (Donna?) - she was really communicative and nice. Negative - A week or so into drive the car after it was fixed, I noted rattling noise when I drove. I could detect it wasn't anything dangerous - if anything it felt like a screw or some plastic piece got loose. I can confirm this wasn't the case prior to the collision. So, I talked to Donna and she asked me to come in on a Tuesday. I did go in, and Ron didn't seem to know I was scheduled to come in - not cool. He was kinda short and upset I was scheduled in. Mostly uninterested to even hear what I had to say. He seemed more interested in the new businesses coming in. He got one of the techs to look at it and the tech looked for 10 minutes or so and basically acknowledged the noise but said it came from inside the car and he can't do anything since it wasn't part of the job. Am by no means an unruly customer and I value customer service during the job and after the job. In this case, the fact I have warranty didn't mean much since they get no more business. While I am grateful to Parkway body shop for fixing my car the first time, I don't think I'll go back to them. Despite the good work, I was inclined to give them 1-star for their post job customer service, but am going to be thankful and give them 4-stars because they did do a decent (not the best) job to fix my car.”

Look at the pics, the scratch in the picture is deep. I just realized when I pulled in, the guy was buffing out a car, just like in the photo. “At this shop, you want to ask for RIZ he is very professional, provides excellent service, takes the time to explain everything he is doing, why he is doing it and options. I came to RIZ for an oil change and smog check pass. I also informed him that I had a rear tail light out, he said no problem. While changing my tail light, he noticed that the bulb had broke and melted the plastic around not allowing the bulb to fit properly. RIZ replaced my rear light without an issue, upon my request and tested my battery before I left and the device showed “replace” so he ordered me a new battery. RIZ went above and beyond to charge me a fair price for the work being done and I asked if he also does brakes and he does. I will most definitely return to his business and greatly appreciate him being someone you can trust your vehicle with and has your best interest in mind.”

“Brought in my damaged 2005 Celica. SUPER helpful specialist Frank gave me several options. I chose a replacement panel which Frank went to great lengths to find for me. It needed a paint match up, which is never easy with a 2005 vehicle, especially with decade and a half of sun and wear. In ONE DAY, these good folks had it finished and it matches PERFECTLY.
