The staff was all masked, they changed my tires in less than 30 minutes and they wiped my car before and after. Also it was much cheaper than any other shop around and we get to eat (2) hot dogs while they did it.”

“I was a potential out of state buyer on an F10 M5 at a local dealership a couple of miles away from this shop. Needed a pre-purchase inspection performed to evaluate the car on behalf of me before I pulled the trigger on the purchase. Not only did I receive feedback over the phone on the PPI results, Nasser facetimed me in real time walking me around the vehicle detailing paint flaws, outlining mechanical flaws, and interior wear that was not shown or communicated to myself by the potential dealer. He went above and beyond in ensuring that I had all the necessary facts about his observations on the vehicle before I pursued the sale any further. I have done probably over 50 ppis on vehicles I've purchased out of state over the past 5 years; this by far was a top 3 customer experience. Would not think twice to recommend this shop to anyone!”

“The mechanics you can trust! I have recently moved to the area and brought one of my cars to R&C auto repair for A/C diagnostic and repair. They refilled the refrigerant and did not charge me for the diagnostics. A/C has been freezing cold since. The very pleasant experience I had made me bring my other German car that had a check engine light and the authorized dealership could not figure out after charging me $1200 for carbon cleaning, a repair that I never needed on a brand new intake manifold. R&C mechanics worked on the car for several hours and it ended up that there is a tiny hole in one of the pistons, meaning the engine was gone. They did not even charge me for the engine diagnostic! I was indeed sad to learn about the engine failure, but was very surprised to see that such honest mechanics are still around. R&C auto repair is the shop you can trust. Thank you guys and please keep up the great service you are offering to the community.”
