“Had a lot of issues with my Mini Cooper countryman engine misfiring and engine error codes. It would randomly short out to half power. Went to the dealer and they gave me a quote for about $6000 to possibly fix the problem... then I brought it to Jay's. He actually explained what was wrong and fixed it a fraction of the cost. “Awesome, 5 stars for sure. I had to reach out to the company to take care of a mounting hardware issue, and I got a really friendly response that squared everything away quickly. I love that there's a YouTube video that shows exactly how to mount the rack for a KLX230. I'm just getting into working on the bike, and sometimes I feel like I'm not really sure about what I'm doing. The video that PMR provides is perfect. I had no issues with the installation and it only took me about 20 minutes. As for the rack itself, it's really sturdy and feels solid on the bike. For less than half as much as the Kawasaki rack? It's a great deal.”
