I was always charged $160 on my oil change for my Lexus IS, RES Auto Care charged only half that and provided outstanding service!! Peter the service manager was nice and professional, he really cared about what was the best for me and gave very informative information on what service was needed and what was recommended, Breaking down the pros and cons on doing it now vs later, letting me make a decision myself, there is absolutely no pressure unlike dealerships (always pushy and always wanted u to do more than what is needed). Before I came to Hector's I took my car to Toyota and the man said it would cost me 4,900.00 just because the service required light was on so luckily I started to Google shops by their best ratings and thanks to Hector's shop my car no longer has the service required light and it was only 75.00 BIIIIIIG DIFFERENCE.
