Even though S&S is primarily a diesel shop when I called to see if they would be willing to service my F150 Kumar was super friendly and willing to take it on. They were able to diagnose my ABS issue quickly and I appreciate that they bench tested the system to confirm the fault rather than just guessing and checking with expensive components. After diagnosis Kumar called me to explain my options and sent me a detailed breakdown of the charges via a web based app. It was so nice to see the itemized list on the app to help comprehend the charges. It’s also super helpful to store the digital records rather than a ton of printed receipts. Overall I had a terrific experience and will be taking my F150 back for service going forward.”

“Great experience with Gene's as to a major engine repair and also smog checks. Tracy checked with us before any engine repair work was started so we could see what was being done and where the repairs needed to be done. We were presented with a estimate for factory parts that would be used in the repair before any repair work was started. We had a delay of about a day as one part had to be shipped from back east and they had major weather problems slowing down any shipments. The work was completed on schedule after the one day delay and our vehicle has worked fine since then. They included a free checkup after a certain number of miles which was a great customer service feature. Thanks to Tracy and her great crew of mechanics!”
