Say they will send me 4 more. I wait a few days and get nothing. I call them back and they say they have no record of sending me the additional 4 lug nuts. They create an order for me with tracking. It takes over a week to receive the 4 lug nuts. They are the wrong lug nuts. It’s been 3 weeks and I still can’t install my wheels. I called them and they want proof that I received the wrong lug nuts. I sent them photos. Hopefully I can get this resolved. They seem well-meaning but there is a large disconnect within their operation. *edit - after 3 weeks and 3 different packages they have made it right. Changing rating to 4 stars.”
