Recon Pros stepped up and worked with my mechanic to resolve the problem quickly. They even offered me a rental car which I declined as I had already borrowed another car. A problem specific to my year, make and model related to the disconnect and reconnecting the air bags and requiring sophisticated piece of test equipment. “Someone vandalize my car. I called my insurance provider to file a claim. They recommended the Auto 360 for repair. I drop my car on Monday morning at 8:00 AM for repairs. They called the enterprise car rental to pick me up to rent a car. They sent a repair estimation quote to my insurance provider. The repair was done on time within days. They follow up after the car repair completed. I went on Friday morning in my rental car and handover to them. They have taken care of my car rental drop-off to Enterprise. I was surprised because they repaired my car like a brand new car. Their customer service was awesome. Next time, I will go to Auto 36o again and I will recommend this place if you need auto repair.”
