But the old battery's connection was quite difficult to loose. Mike, at the Tire Center, not only provided great help to lend me the right toolbox, but also got his hands dirty to help me loose those rusted nuts and brushed the connections. The battery change got to be done very professionally with Mike's warm help! I couldn't express enough appreciation to it! I'm not a fan of always going for the cheapest price because in my experience, that often comes with the worst service and a junk product. This place is definitely an exception. Today my son found a flat tire. We took his car down there and the experience was the same. They came right out to the car to greet us, had two people changing the tire within minutes, and found another tire that needed to be replaced. They have us the choice of a new and barely used tire, gave us a fabulous price, and we were on the road in 15 minutes! Extra stars for great customer service and attitudes.”

They also installed my electrical power steering for my 2010 Ford Fusion. The installation costed me $200 which was lower than other mechanic shops charging me $300 to $500.
