Shelly had my car assessed right quick, her mechanics told me the issue straightforwardly, booked me for an appointment that very day, found the necessary parts I required, and even saved me money in the process (was diagnosed with a certain issue, but as their mechanics were working on it, they realized it was far cheaper to replace a whole other part). I was so completely grateful for their immediate response and handling and my car was back to normal without an engine light on that very same day. I would highly recommend!!”

“I took my 23 year old BMW to Maaco to have it painted. The car had a lot of sun damage, clear coat peeling in large spots and fading paint. I picked the medium level of paint quality for a very reasonable price. I wanted my car to look good, despite the age. I was ecstatic to see my car look as if it was brand-new! I picked it up this morning and couldn't be any happier! I feel as if I got a new car! Jose in customer service and Edwin, the manager, have been extremely helpful, courteous and made my husband and I feel that they will take care of us should there be any issues. They finished up the detailing with precision and gave us instructions on how to take care of the paint job over the next couple of months to make it last. I would definitely take my car back here if I have another paint job to be done! Highly, highly recommend this place!”

“The car we brought in had front end damage and needed signifiant repairs all around the front end and side panels. When I went in for my quote, he surveyed the damage and patiently explained what needed to be done and answered all of my questions. I left without feeling any pressure to make a decision that day. I did get a few other quotes and I must say the cost were comparable with a few being higher. What made me chose them was the excellent customer service, their honesty and constant and consistent communication. Jesse and his staff kept me apprised to what was going on daily and any changes were communicated immediately. They even went above and beyond when they found small issues and took care of them. I must say I was not prepared for the finally product. I was blown away at the work done. The car essentially looked like it came off the lot. They even washed it!! When I went to pay I was sure the price was going to have changed drastically from the quote because of the things that came up (by the way they show and take pictures if something needs to be done that wasn’t discussed); to my surprise there were no up charges. From beginning to end Jesse and his staff were amazing, honest, respectful and courteous. We will definitely use their services again.”
