I needed an IV prior to an Ironman competition and they worked to match a previous IV I received. While I was there for my drip it was easy to see how focused, concerned, and competent the staff of certified nurses who attended to “each and every individual” who walked in the door. I was amazed how compassionate, considerate, and respectful of each and every client regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity. As a former senior Army officer I was unequivocally impressed with the entire business operation. It’s not often you find an owner/partner of any organization so passionately engaged as I witnessed at the Short Pump (Greengate) location. I would highly encourage you to at least stop bye for a tour. There is something for everyone.”

“Oakland Collision Center made getting (self-paid) repairs for my car after a collision extremely seamless and pleasant. Carlos Ortiz was incredibly efficient and professional: I emailed him pictures and he sent over a descriptive, comprehensive quote. He was honest and incredibly helpful, and when I asked if I could pick the partial repairs I wanted to save money, he was understanding and did not pressure me to get all the repairs done (unlike a different collision center I went to). I wanted to buy the parts myself (to save money), and he was reasonable in being willing to work with that and gave me the part numbers I needed. He answered all my questions with honesty, helpfulness, and respect. He also offered the best prices for labor I could find and discounts for paying out of pocket. Upon getting the repairs I needed, the repairs and paint job looked perfect, and the quote was accurate and he did not try to charge me more than what was signed. Furthermore, when it turned out a window applicator needed to be replaced after the job was done, he offered to do it for free (I only had to get the part). Great customer experience, 10/10 would recommend!”

“These guys were fantastic! My daughter's car broke down on a road trip (we live in another state) and they were super friendly and helpful. I feel like we were treated with respect and honesty. Unfortunately, the estimated cost of the repair, because the transmission was physically damaged, was about the same as the value of the whole car and I ended up selling it to a salvage yard in Bakersfield. Shafter Automotive was accommodating to this complication as well. There was no benefit to them or conflict of interest in the sale to the salvage yard. It was an unfortunate loss for me, but these guys were great.”
