I was told it could take a week or a month. I decided to take my car to take my car to Honest-1 for a second opinion.The manager, Julio was very helpful. “One of only a few places in town that have a Road-Force Balancer option (to not only spin balance but also balance to compensate for variations in the tire compound affecting the force on the road… and from an engineer and car enthusiast, that’s well worth paying the premium for this kind of balancing option… it’s made my older cars drive as smooth as when they were new, if not better, with no steering wheel vibration / suspension vibration, and it will only help my tie-rods stay tight and last longer). And the only place in town that has a Steve… Steve won me over when he both improved on another shop’s spin balancing and took the time to explain things to me so well when I had questions… and being in a technical field, I had many. Best tire installers I’ve ever had (thanks Steve!). He took great care of the wheels too. Steve also impressed me when he found where the prior shop jerry-rigged a series of plastic zip-ties to replace a proper metal strap that held my older style TPMS sensor to the wheel. And they were very sweet to my kids who joined me there recently (thanks Christine and Greg!).”

“I first used Advanced about 3 or 4 years ago when my Truck got broken into. He was fast and very affordable. Fast forward to this morning. My wifes jeep had the back window broken. I called Advanced Auto Glass at 920am He got back to me with price at 938. I had the window installed by noon. I even gave him a $100 tip he wasn't sure and was like oh J you gave me way too much. Well considering I would have paid double going just about anywhere else, I still feel like I got a bargin. Most guys who are cheaper cut corners, if he is, im not sure where, his helper spent a good amount of time vacuuming up everything even off the asphalt. This was the back window in a Jeep patriot, he even was checking the front seats for glass. If you are not using them, you are probably getting 2nd rate service and paying too much.”
