I wanted to rule out the possibilities of easy fixes/fuses/see if I could fix it myself before bringing it in to another mechanic. I would say he went above and beyond and really helped me out. Also, he set me up with the proper chains so I'd be prepared. I would totally recommend this place. Excellent quality stuff and their help is beyond great. I’ve had a great experience with them as they have been very knowledgeable, patient, and kind towards me when discussing the car maintenance. They also send you an inspection report in a website link, with pictures, that you can view on your cellphone or computer which was very useful. I was able to go through all of the recommended repairs with the service tech and we actually talked for a long time discussing the details.
