Fred not only had the best pricing, but he was able to come to us and replace the window the same day. Even though he had a very busy day, he arrived at exactly the time that he said he would be able to, and he worked quickly and efficiently. When he was done, he helped to vacuum and sweep up the glass that fell out of the door while performing the replacement. Super great guy with a great heart. “Recently was in SJ to visit my kids and one of my jacks on 2017 grand design reflection fifth wheel broke. I could not find any mobile repair and all shops were booked up 2 wks +. So I took out the jack myself and brought it to Leale's so that I could get it replaced through my extended warranty. Unfortunately, my warranty will not cover any part without labor. I was pretty mad. The service manager was very helpful and figured a way to get it done. Even though they do not do mobile repair, they did it for me and made it possible for it to get mostly paid for by warranty. Forgive my memory but I can not remember his name. I am very grateful for him and Leale's for getting me back on the road again. Advise anyone in the area that needs work to get it done here. A++++”

“just wanted to let you know about the great experience i had tonight at your restaurant. I hadn’t eaten all day and was so happy you guys were open, i know right now everyone is short staffed and so the fact you were open and getting people fed was so appreciated. First off, the gentleman who helped me on the intercom was polite and efficient. Then when i got to the window i was greeted with the most beautiful smile and kind hearted young lady. I was blown away (in a good way) that 4 youngsters were running this whole restaurant! They were running and working so hard, it was awesome. I told them how much i appreciated them being there, especially on a Saturday night, and also that they were so kind & helpful. I tried to do the survey but it just kept saying my survey code was invalid and so i wanted to be sure to give them a shout out on here. Kids like that truly give me hope for the future, they couldn’t have been over 20, and yet all 4 of them were working harder than most the people i know! I asked for their names- Lauren Daniel Patrick Lauren told me she is training to be a manager and i can officially tell you, dont hesitate…. Make that girl a manager! Tell them all from a weary traveler that they made my day. I won’t forget them :) Erin (the double cheeseburger lady)”
