I appreciated the process in receiving the help needed being this was all new to me and my firs time experience of a car accident. There was a bit of a mix up the first time I went in but the issue was able to be resolved as I was assisted by a car tech(Manny) who viewed my car and walked me through the process including details of what the insurance company is going to do and what I need to do. Due to ordering parts, my car was ready for pick up within a week . Throughout the week I was notified through email and calls of the progression of it all. Upon arrival of picking up my car, Another car tech was able to show and discuss with me the fixing of my car.
