“I drive a 2016 Range Rover SUV. I hit a pole by accident. I thought the front bumper needed to be replaced. I called the dealership, they quoted the part at $800 without tax, no labor included. A friend of mine suggested I come to this shop and ask for Ralph. Once there, he said he could fix the front bumper for $300. I had some scratches and dents on the hood and passenger side I wanted him to fix as well. The total price he charged me for everything was $600. My SUV now looks flawless! I'm not much a review person, but with the great work and reasonable price, I just had to leave a review.”

“Wow! Look no further for your Land Rover or Jeep needs! Absolutely incredible service by Duke and his team. I only have amazing things to say about the work they did and their customer care. My 2006 Land Rover was diagnosed in less than two hours (at no cost to diagnose) and the work was completed same day. Duke was super transparent about the alternator issue and costs associated. He made sure to call and text me to communicate efficiently. When I went to pick up my vehicle, not only did the vehicle run perfectly, but he went above and beyond by giving my vehicle a full detail and fixing an issue I was having with my electronic key (without me even asking). Also I wanted to mention he offered me a loaner vehicle for the day while my Rover was in the shop. I truly felt like Duke and his team treated me like family, and I couldn’t have asked for better service! This a stark contrast from the experience I had with the local “British Performance Inc.” shop just days prior (disclosure: do NOT go here). I first went to them for the same issue and instead of providing quality service, they quoted me 6 hours at $150/hour just to DIAGNOSE the alternator issue. I was totally taken advantage of, and I’m so happy I decided to take my business to British 4x4 instead. THANK YOU, THANK YOU. Without a doubt, I’ll be back for any of my future car needs.”

The window marked a trim piece and the owner walked out and told me exactly what happened. He then explain how he would take care of ordering and installing the part.
