“I could not be more impressed with the customer service I received at Don Miller Body Shop. I had a significant amount of body work do be done at multiple points around my car. When I got it back, it looked great but I noticed a few little spots that I thought could have been done better. The guy I spoke with immediately agreed with me and scheduled a time for me to bring my car back in the following week, free of charge, so they could make it right. I thought they would just try to buff some things out better, but they actually fully repainted one of my doors on the passenger side and a whole panel on the driver's side. They even paid for a rent car for me for that whole week. I feel they went above and beyond, and I couldn't be happier with the end result. My car looks great!”

“Great job!! The do a hand scrub on problem areas, the car wash cleans the car very well, and then someone gets the last drops that refused to be blown dry. This is the only car wash company that has the ability to clean ALL of the truck including the bed cover! Most car washes miss about 2 feet of the bed cover by the window. My truck is clean and dry when I leave. Also, PLEASE remember to tip these hardworking employees!!!”

I have to admit, I've never been there before, my 2004 745I battery had to be exchanged, ( 1 dead cell) and the 'mechanic's I bought it from didnt order it from his account, so there was no record of it being purchased, (figures?),but these guys worked it out for me, now the new one is in, NO CODES ARE DETECTED IN THE CAR!!??THANKS GUYS!!”

“Super friendly, helpful, and honest staff. Usually "honest" isn't something associated with auto repair companies... but these guys are the real deal. A couple of months ago, I used an installer in Oregon to put suspension parts on my car, but recently noticed something wasn't quite right with tire wear. Brought my car in for an alignment check, and the staff found a few issues -- mainly a couple bolts weren't tightened to spec and a suspension part needed to be installed. They tightened up all the bolts and got me a quote/booked for the repairs. The quote was at a very reasonable price. I will definitely be returning here whenever I need help with my car. HIGHLY RECOMMEND bringing your car here.”
