JC's was one of the best experiences I have had in automotive repairs in a long time. Everything works well, the brakes are awesome and not too sensitive like I have experienced at other locations. OVERALL : I waited 2 years to write this review to see how the work would hold up. Johnny's repairs have held up, the brakes are still spot on. I even took the vehicle to another local alignment location to do checkup & get a 2nd opinion before posting this review. The 2nd location said "Your brakes are fine and nothing needs replacement." He change my 2 tires in the front 235/35/19 on 9.5x19 which they can’t take it out on the 2 shop’s I been through and leaving a scratch on the wheels and some shop’s are charging a lot just to swap the tires. “I am new to the area and had no mechanic that I was familiar with in Buena Park, but luckily discovered Tom's Automotive that is near to me. They gave me a free estimate when I arrived about 8:10 in the morning. My car was making a loud clicking noise, and had no idea what was causing it. It happened to be the "Harmonic Balancer," or commonly known as a Crankshaft Pulley. I had also gotten several other estimates to consider. I do not go by price alone, and asked Jessie at the counter questions about his mechanics, ordered the part, and had the car by noon. They gave me a price that was extremely fair. I couldn't believe it. It is rare in today's world, to meet people that are still honest and care about their customers the way they do. My hats off to you Jessie, and your crew.
