“I was really impressed with this place and wish I had found them sooner! They gave me the best price of any other businesses I called, had the best deal for Smog testing (pass or don't pay, whereas most other businesses will charge you again or possibly give you a second test free if you fail the first), and they had a free car wash included with vacuums for the interior!! My car also had been sitting for awhile and I had to recharge the battery, and this is the only smog shop that actually gave me a drive cycle to do for my car instead of telling me to drive for 100, 200, 1000+ miles. The guy who tested my car was also really nice, and the whole test was over in less than 10 minutes. Also super convenient location next to the 5. I would definitely come back to this place for any other smog tests in the future!”

“I bought my first car here at Long Beach Honda. I want to start off by saying that I always look for the best deals/prices before purchasing something because I like to spend my money wisely. I searched for several months, since December to be exact, and went to many, many dealerships looking at used and new cars before I decided Long Beach Honda was the best. I ended up purchasing a new 2020 Honda Civic LX. The thing I like the most about this dealership was obviously the price but they also had great customer service and were honest about what they promised me when buying the car. I believe that dealerships tend to not be completely honest but this dealership really wants you to be happy with purchase and welcome you into the "Honda Family". Carlos, the manager, was very patient and kind with me when dealing with my uncertainty of purchasing a new car. He made sure I was well taken care of and proved to be accountable. I really feel that he genuinely wants the customer to be happy and that buyer/seller relationships are of utmost importance to him. Since nothing is ever perfect, there was a small issue that was quickly resolved by him which is why I believe this dealership deserves 5 stars: the price and trustworthiness. I would definitely recommend this dealership for the best prices and customer service and if the future allows it I would come back and purchase another Honda from here.”

When I came in to here Francisco not only informed me the proper gap the spark plugs were supposed to have but also gapped them for me. “So I'm an essential healthcare worker during covid-19 and my commute is about 50 miles one way. So I'm driving , and suddenly hear this "pop" and my car starting to sink on one side. I hear some clunks and I immediately put on my emergency brakes. I coast somewhere safe off the freeway to the best of my ability and Google search for the best towing and tire repair. And guess what? This place fit the bill. Reviews looked legit. Unfortunately hours were 8am and this occured early 7am . I called anyway and a man picked up and he agrees to tow me for a very affordable price ! He arrived less than 20 minutes after the call and towed my car into the tow truck bed in no time flat. I was really impressed with his service, timeliness, affordability. 10/10 would recommend.”
