I am an Uber Black Car driver and my Cadillac Escalade got hit by another driver on the street. I needed to repair my car ASAP so I could go back to work. Long story short, I brought my car to In-N-Out Collision Center and decided to have my car done with them because they gave me the shortest repair time frame. The team handled everything with my insurance company, kept me updated of the progress and they were able to finish the job ahead of promised time frame. “Let's be honest...the welds look beautiful. I called in a week before and they said I can come on in any time. I came in the week after and they made quick work installing my muffler and resonator. The reason I like this place is because both Father and Son-in-law took their time to produce quality work. I was sitting right in front of my truck while they were doing it. “Sept. 2023 Update: the exhaust brackets broke as I got into Isabella this morning causing the exhaust to drag on the ground. I pulled into Transcend Automotive, they had the brackets replaced and I was out of there in about an hour. 👍🏻 And it didn't cost an arm and a leg. 😁 These guys were very nice. I called ahead and made an appointment so they got me in right away. They didn't try to upsale me to get extra services. The price was comparable to what I would pay at a drive thru lube place which is more than I can say for other shops in the same area. I will be returning in the future and I recommend this shop.”
