“Car was brought in after a collision in Southern CA left a partial dent in my tailgate and possibly under the rear compartment section. This did also end up offsetting the tailgate where the left C pillar of the gate was elevated and making a large amount of noise at higher speeds. CARSTAR was very good about the process and were professionals through any issues in communication between myself and/or my insurance company. Not only is the damage repaired (instead of replaced!) but two things that were minor issues beforehand have been solved with the repair. My right side taillight had moisture inside due to weather/water and did not evaporate out fully and the seal to the tailgate would like to stick to the hatch, preventing it from opening without assistance at times. Now, the moisture has been removed AND the hatch opens and closes like a glove. I'm caught surprised and unaware at times because of this, wondering if there is something wrong due to the absence of previous noises. Thank you to you and your crew Michael. Professional, upfront and honest about any hang-ups or technical issues in the process, especially when they weren't on you guys. Even though it's 50 miles out, it's worth it being done well and correct.”
