“I have a 2017 Chrysler 300c and had a transmission problem for a new car. Took it to the dealer and they charged me almost $6000. Towed my car back home and heard of Charles auto. Called him very nice guy and said to tow my car to his shop so he can take a look at it. When my car got there and they diagnosed it he said it’s the transmission and I told him to please give me a best offer and he helped me a lot and I only ended up paying half the price of what the dealer was offering. The funny thing is that Charles owns the place and so humble that I didn’t even know his the owner cos of the way he communicates with his workers. Such a nice guy. Great customer service and my car was out in days very fast. Now my car sounds like a new car again and perfect. Would recommend you guys to check Charles auto out and see yourself.
