“It’s not every day that you are pleasantly surprised by an auto mechanic. I am a shady tree mechanic, and I came to Polycare Automotive with some pretty strange requests. The guys at Polycare were genuinely interested in fixing the problem, and Jesus somehow talked me into it. The bottom line is that my car is now running as good as it ever has, and Polycare charged me a very reasonable fee for a really high quality repair. I don’t think that I have ever been so impressed by a mechanic.”

“There is a reason this shop/dealership/motorcycle haven has 5 Stars. Nils will do anything he can to help you out. He went extremely out of his way to get me onto a new bike, even with my horrible credit. His shop is also very well equipped. Nils and his mechanic are very knowledgeable when it comes to anything racing. Nils is a fast dude on the track so it doesn't surprise me that his maintenance portion of the business is top notch for bottom dollar. Oh yeah i forgot to mention, they don't overcharge!”

Not only did they do it for FREE, which was surprising but they also did it very quickly without an appointment. Also the waiting room was cozy, had free wifi, and I could see them working on my car. So cool! I had such a great experience there and wanted to tip them, to which the employee refused and just asked to right a review if I wanted to help. Just absolute class people here. “I bought tires from these guys about a year ago. That transaction went smooth, great pricing and quick service. Today I woke up with a large bolt in my tire. I called them and they said they'll do the repair for free but that they were super busy. I said I'd just drop it off and come back later. I pulled up and one of the techs came out, noticed the bolt and said he'd fix it right there. Less than 5 minutes later they were filling it up with air and testing for any additional leaks. I was in and out. Amazing. I'll definitely come back.”
