“Pretty much everyone with a grey shirt has gone above and beyond to show me not only the right parts for my car, but why I need them and how it will work for me. They've been able to tell me important information from spark plug brands for domestic and foreign vehicles to what specific ways I can fix or replace my A/C compressor or pully wheel. Red shirts are alright and will help with a smile for the basic stuff, but if you have a problem that needs solving and not even Google can help you, find someone in a grey shirt and you're golden.”

Efrain’s attention to detail; his ability to follow the manufacturer’s instruction manual just as it was written and his personal promise to “treat the customer’s vehicle and purchased products as his own” put us at ease. In summary, we were so impressed with the installation, my wife and I have decided to return to San Jose Auto Concepts and have blue-tinted fog lights installed sometime in the very near future.
