So I make the drive to garden grove when ever I need auto maintenance. Even though, I am a woman, I have never been ripped off or treated poorly here(in other establishments, others have attempted to take advantage/ or had gross behavior ) So, I highly recommend coming here. Tip: call ahead to make a appointment. This auto shop does take walk ins but it’s much faster with an appointment.”

“Ralph was here looking after my F150 because the air light kept coming on. Turns out after he checked all of my normal tires he saw that my spare wheel was the one missing the air! He also saw that my coolant was low and he replenished it to full level, and to top it off he saw my floor board was pretty dirty and full of small pebbles so he vacuumed it and made it look clean again! Great service i never knew about!”

“Panorama Saved my Metaphorical Bacon - 5 stars with thanks! My truck blew a transmission line climbing Big Bear on a Friday night, and a local company put me in touch with Rick. I needed someone who could tow my fifth wheel, and nobody else on the mountain was able to at all. Was about to be stuck in a bad spot for the night - maybe longer. He was done for the day, but went back out well after dark, got Panorama's heavy truck, and recovered my trailer in the literal middle of the night! Was super nice, stuck to his price quote (even though it took longer than thought), and even helped me get the trailer in the campsite...for lack of a better place to put it. I couldn't be more grateful. I see some bad reviews here, but Rick helped me out hugely, and did a great job at it!”

“I went to this body shop for an estimate on damage to my Acura. My experience was top notch from start to finish. The first thing I noticed was how clean and organized the place was. Auto repair shops are typically dirty and dusty with lots of car parts and equipment strewn around the work areas. This body shop looked more like a doctor’s office than a repair shop. There was not a scrap of trash on the ground, the office was neat and tidy, and I could see out into the area where the vehicles were being repaired by the technicians, which was also clean, well laid out, and free of the scrap parts. As I was waiting for the estimate to be prepared, the technicians and other employees that were coming and going all looked professional, dressed in uniforms and not screwing around, smoking, socializing, or on their phones as one often observes in the workplace nowadays. I was greeted promptly by one of the body shop office clerks, assisted right away by Cesar who treated me respectfully and was thorough and knowledgeable; he explained to me the different options and reviewed the completed written estimate with me in layperson's terms. After this experience there is nowhere else I would want to bring my car for body repairs. Highly recommended!”
