“About 5 years ago I had a motor built by a backyard mechanic and it seized up. I thought by going that route I would save some money. Prior to me knowing it seized I called Chico to diagnose the issue over the phone. Even though I’m sure I was frustrating him because I want his customer at the time he never showed it. Once I found my motor was seized, I went to Chico and told him I want a 2liter that I could drive from Los Angeles to Las Vegas without issues. He built me a beautiful cream and orange 2110 for my orange (sunset pearl) bug. I was so satisfied that I went back to get motors for the rest of my bugs and buses. I have owned over 6 Chico motors in my personal vehicles as well as over 50 for build I sell and customers I have referred to him. Everyone that I have sent obviously have not submitted feedback but if they did it would be the same as this one you’re reading. Bottom line, if you’re shopping around to different engine builders just call Chico and talk to him. He builds all the motors himself. The level of customer service is unmatched.”

“I love riding long distance on my 2015 BMW k1600gt. My last trip was over 5000 miles in 8 days. I rode from Michigan to San Diego and back. The trip was GREAT! But I couldn't have done it with out my AIRHAWK seat cushion!!! The AIRHAWK provides a new level of comfort for long rides. I inflate the AIRHAWK with light air pressure and then adjust when I am seated. “Shout out to the team at SOS! After a bad door dent on a sharp body line, I went to multiple body shops in West LA and all of them were trying to get me to replace and repaint the whole door + rear quarter panel, which was estimated to cost several thousand dollars and the extent of those repairs were not needed at all. On top of that, none of them treated me kindly and brushed off my concerns about my car. I continued researching online for other body shops around me and I came across SOS that specializes in Paintless Dent Repair. I decided to take my car there for a quote and met with the owner, David. David was super nice and helped explain each step of PDR and see if it would be the best option for me. He said that it would be a 65% improvement with PDR given the nature of the dents on the body line, but the repair estimate was much better than the other shops, so I set up an appointment with them for the following week. Communication following up to the day of the repair was excellent. I dropped off my car in the morning of my appointment and Marketa took great care of me and my car. She told me that it should be ready by the end of the day at the latest, which was amazing. I was able to pick up my car around 2:30pm later that day and I was so impressed with their work. They told me that there would only be a 65% improvement with the damage, but it was honestly close to 90%. I couldn’t even tell that there was anything there, plus they were able to polish the paint in that area! No need to replace the door or repaint anything (again, each case may vary.) I was so happy with the outcome. Thank you so much to Marketa, David, Tony, Sam, and the rest of the team at SOS. Y’all treated me so well and I had such a good, honest, and professional experience here. To anyone reading this review, please support this small business! I can’t recommend them enough.”
