“I was looking for a place to get a smog check that was closer to my location. I’ve never been to Nini Motors. I did not know they were near me. Anyway, I called to see if I can bring in my car; I didn’t need an appointment. I brought it right away and the job was complete within the hour. Very fast and friendly service. Once the service is complete your record is sent over to DMV and smog check is good for two years. Note: The location has one address but two different businesses, one for smog and the other is maintenance just be aware of that. Service: the man that helped me was the same man I spoke with over the phone. He was very nice and very personable.”

“I don’t think it’s called Cal Tires anymore, however the person who helped me was fantastic and transparent. I purchased a used Michelin tire (285/75/16) to use as a spare for my Land Cruiser. The tire is in excellent condition, with probably 70% tread and no visible repairs. With a new valve stem, and disposal of my old tire, I paid less than $100. I brought my spare in ‘loose’ to make the trans action easier, and I was on my way in approximately 20 minutes.”

Everyone I met was very professional, communicative, calm, friendly, knowledgeable and patient.It wasn't intimidating and I didn't feel like they were trying to hurry me out the door or take advantage of me lack of car knowledge either. I went in for the AAA approved multi-point inspection. I dropped off my car and they took it right away. I was about to call an Uber to go home and wait but they offered a driver to bring me home. The driver was friendly and professional. when the car was ready, they called me and let me know what was wrong with my car. They didn't push any services on me or tried to up-sell me anything. They just gave it to me straight. They answered all of my questions and made me feel valued as a customer. There's a reason they are one of the best rated mechanics in town. I would recommend to everyone. I feel bad I didn't discover them sooner.”
